This is a new, refreshed and expanded 28-day online course with live weekly sessions, is designed to help you establish and sustain a daily meditation practice rooted in calm abiding (shamatha) meditation. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or returning to the cushion after a break, this course offers you the structure, wisdom, and guidance to create a practice that is truly your own.
