Join a supportive circle of MLP Certified Mindfulness Teachers and others\, just like you\, looking to bring the benefits of a more consistent\, fuller daily practice to life. \nHosted by MLP Teachers Rita Clagett and Rachel Currier\n \n  \nProgram Dates\n\nOpening Live Event\, October 24th\, 6 pm MT US\nOur 28 Days of Practice are October 26 – November 23 US\nWeekly Gatherings\, Sundays\, 6 pm MT US\n\nElements of Support in our 28 Day Daily Practice Circle\n \n  \n\nOpening Live Event\, October 24th\, 6 pm MST US (in Australia\, October 25\, 11 am AEST)\n\nDedicated support and conversation space within the Mindful Life Network™\nEach week we’ll introduce the theme with an article and share a new recorded meditation for that week. You also have access to a collection of our guided meditations for the 28 days. \nEach day you’ll find a new practice inspiration\, tip or technique\nDownloadable resources such as the “Rhythm of a Daily Practice” and more. \nWe encourage those who join to attend the live weekly mindfulness meetings that we offer.
